Sacred Visions Workshop
Please join me on February 8th, Sunday, 11-5 pm, at my home
in South Burlington, as we explore your emotional nature;
and the emotional beliefs that keep you from
making the important changes that you
wish for and plan to make each year.
We will be releasing experiences which
relate to four powerful emotions:
Anger, Fear, Guilt and Sadness,
these emotions are very often the driving factor in your
unconscious beliefs, actions and your decision making,
now is the time to learn to let go of emotional baggage!
We will embark on a Sacred Vision Quest:
This pilgrimage will be to your emotional/soul center or Heart Chakra;
as you learn to release pent up experiences and emotions
(that no longer serve your best self) and clear your heart chakra
you will get in touch with what you really
do want out of life and what you really value.
During this process you will be making room to think differently,
feel differently, and to value your own thoughts and beliefs.
Through this process you will understand the role that Values
play in your life and how very important they are to soul centered living
this helps you to
reclaim your desires and your intentions,
as well as feel compelled to move forward,
even if you do not have a particular destination in mind.
You will start to feel an inner need to journey, to listen to your
heart and trust that higher wisdom is motivating you.
The more you pay attention to your heart stirrings the greater the
chance of being guided into taking affirmative action.
On this journey we will be using Guided
Meditation and Journaling as well as
several other techniques which help you to release emotional baggage
and move on towards a free empowered independence.

The workshop will be held at my home in South Burlington, VT.

Materials will be provided so you can relax while you learn!
