What is Feng Shui?
Feng Shui is a collection of time tested principles that create a balanced environment. When you practice Feng Shui you use purpose and intention in arranging all your possessions to gain positive results. Even though Feng Shui has it's roots in Asian philosophy you do not need to employ Asian cures (props) or design to create a harmonious environment.
Our thoughts create our reality and that reality affects everything else (this is the law of cause and effect). From this viewpoint there isn't an outside or inside because everything is contained in our consciousness which has no boundaries. So the placement of your things has a direct relationship to your thinking and your outcome. If your home is full of things that relate to your past (past relationships, past glory, past pain and junk) you are living a life that has no future, that is stagnant. When we start to address our environment we start to also address our internal environment.

Interested in a Feng Shui Consultation but unsure about what I do?
I will make an appointment with you to come to your home, condo or apartment. When I arrive I will do a layout of your dwelling on graph paper.
I will go from room to room looking at the design and the things you have in each room. I will make many notes and when I am done; my job will continue in my office as I look to see how you can enhance your environment to make every area of your life fruitful. If a Feng Shui area is missing in your environment, I will show you how you can include elements or cures in the adjacent space to better complete the energy necessary to creating a full life. The areas of my focus are health, prosperity, reputation, love relationship, family, creativity, knowledge, career and the support you receive.
All areas must be represented or you will have some area of your life that is not manifesting or is troubled. I will show you inexpensive ways of correcting your space; sometimes it is as easy as moving one item to another location. Other times it may involve moving the furniture around to get the best the results. Along with this service I will be using your Astrological Birth Chart to add your personality to your home so that it truly reflects you and your needs. Even though I use Feng Shui principles it is not necessary to have Chinese symbolism in your home; many western remedies can be used to add the elements you need.
When I am done I will contact you to set up an appointment so we can discuss my findings. I will also bring a copy of this report for you and personally explain it.

What if you are only concerned about one or two rooms in your home/business?
I will make an appointment with you to come to your home, condo, apartment or business. When I arrive I will do a layout of your dwelling on graph paper; this is necessary because there may be an element missing from the space you are living or working in that directly relates to that room or rooms I will be working on. I will then spend time in the rooms you have selected and the process is the same as if I were doing your whole house but it takes less time to do.
Problem rooms or space often leads to problems in ones life.
When I am done I will contact you so that we can set up an appointment so we can discuss my findings. I will also bring a copy of this report for you and personally explain it.

How much will it cost?
I charge $25 per hour. A whole house or business with a basement could take me 4 to 6 hours to do. A few rooms could take 2 hours but it depends on the space. When I arrive I will assess your space and after I have walked through your dwelling will tell you the time it will take which will include my return fee to your house to explain my findings. You can also do only a few rooms at a time. I will keep your layout, birth chart and recommendations on file for the next time you are ready to do some more Feng Shui on your house or business. If you decide after I walk through that you don’t want to proceed at this time, the fee is $25.

How do we maintain balance?
One way to maintain balance is to start to look at your environment. If you are feeling overwhelmed in any space of your home then that space is giving you a serious clue as to where your problem is.
The bagua (eight) is the Asian map used in Feng Shui which represents your environment and eight areas of your life.
These life areas are prosperity, reputation, relationships, family, creativity, knowledge, career and the support you receive. Lastly, health which is affected by all areas of your home and life.
So if one or many areas of your home are a problem, it also points to a personal area of your life that is also in a problem.
Start with one area try to eliminate clutter, dirt, broken things, and do some needed repairs.
When you do this, you will start to move your energy as well as your homes energy and that will free up stagnant areas so change can take place.
