So What are Chakras, Mudras and Elemental Astrology?
Chakras are a kind of vortex - a significant gathering point of organized life energy. This vortex is a gateway connecting you to who you are, your beliefs, your connection to the earth, your connections with others and the world. Chakras are the wheels of life energy that carry you about, through your joys, trials and tribulations, and transformations.
Ever spend time around someone and feel really drained, that person needed your energy (chakra energy) and you gave it to them!
Ever experience an emergency situation and you do something out of your character that was crazy and courageous; your chakras helped you do it. These are examples of how your chakras are involved in your life experience.
Unfortunately we don't come with an owners manual this is where my workshop can help. The Chakra System is not a passive system but a self perpetuating energetic field. This energy system helps us evolve and grow, it directs our behavior.

If you do a mudra (Yoga hand position) on a continuous basis for a specific issue you will correct the issue.
For example, a person who fervently does the gesture of fearlessness, will also be freed from fearfulness over time.
Mudras are great at helping to eliminate stress and worry.
I will teach you some powerful mudras so that you can have a greater calm and less stress.
Elemental Astrology is a powerful form of Astrology that anyone can use.
Our Sun signs determine many things, and the element that our Sun sign falls under gives special clues into how we use our sensory awareness.
